Terms & Guarantee

All animals will be shipped overnight UPS/Fed-Ex. Shipping charges will be added on to your total purchase and is not included in the reptiles cost. Normal shipping runs $50 using UPS Next Day Air. Larger dragons or multiple animals can make shipping more expensive. All animals and feeder insects are shipped in appropriate sized boxes with proper insulation or ventilation, heat packs, or cold packs. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED ON All Of OUR DRAGONS AND CHAMELEONS!!! Temps must be no higher then 90 degrees and no colder then 40 degrees. Feeder Insects are shipped by way of USPS and Fed Ex depending on species. No Guarantee applies if temps are under 40 degrees or over 90 degrees. All feeders are shipped priority 2-3 day and in some cases overnight delivery if requested for an additional cost.

 All dragons and chameleons come with a 7 day health and satisfaction guarantee. If the lizards health sways in anyway within seven days, contact us so we can issue a credit or replacement dragon. Parties purchasing wholesale quantities come with a 3 day guarantee. This only applies if the dragons or Chameleons are successfully delivered and signed for on the first attempt.

 We pride ourselves on accurately representing our animals and stand behind them 100%. We want our customers to be completely happy and comfortable with their purchase; we will do whatever is needed to provide that. We offer unconditional support to dragon owners whether they are our customers or not.

 It is our responsibility to share our experiences with these animals so our customers can have a successful relationship with their dragon(s). If for some reason the dragon is acting out of character please give us a call so we can do everything in our power to help you in the situation. The baby dragons health is our main priority.

 We do not 100% guarantee the sex of bearded dragons under the age of 10 weeks. We will try our best to select the gender you want.
